Refund Policy

This policy applies to paid programs and services purchased from Intelligent Advisory. The free strategy session carries no cost and therefore no refund.

1. High-Ticket Programs

Because our coaching and done-for-you programs deliver significant value, resources, and access immediately upon enrolment, fees are generally non-refundable once the program has commenced, except where required by law or as expressly stated in your signed agreement.

2. Cooling-Off Period

Where a specific program includes a cooling-off or guarantee window, the terms of that window will be clearly stated in your enrolment agreement and will take precedence over this general policy.

3. How to Request

• Email rajan@intelligentadvisory.in with your name, enrolment date, and reason.
• Eligible requests are reviewed within 7 business days.
• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

4. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any concern. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution.
